30/12/2009 - Lawsuit filed after moose head fall
Restaurant insurance companies will be interested to hear of a US lawsuit involving a customer who was hit on the head by moose.
Raina Kumra was dining at the the Scandinavian-themed White Slab Palace in New York when the 150-pound stuffed moose head fell from the wall.
The animal's head, with three-foot-wide antlers, gave Ms Kumra concussion.
She also suffered other injuries in the incident in October this year.
The website designer, who filed her lawsuit with the Supreme Court in Manhattan, is seeking unspecified damages.
The owner of the White Slab Palace was unavailable for comment.
