What is The Property Hour?

Brought to you by the LBC radio channel and Direct Line for Business, The Property Hour is a new radio show dedicated to the property market in 2016 . For homeowners, landlords, and tenants alike, the show is packed with interviews, expert advice, and news and views tackling the latest housing issues and trends - from the recently introduced right to rent legislation to the ups and downs of house prices.

Co-hosted by LBC presenter Clive Bull and Landlord Action's Paul Shamplina, the show invites listeners to call in with their burning property questions or to voice their opinions on the biggest property issues of the day. Listeners can also join the debate on Twitter using #LBCPropertyHour.

The show also features a dedicated weekly segment focussing on the issues landlords face. In the first show the segment will be a discussion around the wider legislative changes that are happening this year and will affect landlords, such as the recently introduced right to rent immigration checks landlords now must carry out and the changing law for buy-to-let mortgage applicants.

When is it?

The show run every Thursday from 9:00 pm - 10:00 pm. It kicks off on the 10th March and the last show will air on the 2nd of June.
