24/7 Stress Support helpline
Being a landlord and juggling the stresses of everyday life can be challenging. So, if you need emotional support or advice, the confidential counselling helpline can help with a range of concerns. DAS counsellors are members of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and are covered by their code of Ethics and Practice. They can also refer you to self-help groups and other professional services in your area.
The Stress Counselling helpline is provided by DAS Legal Expenses Insurance Limited. This service is also available to immediate family members, provided they live with the policyholder, are over 18 or between 16 and 18, and are in full-time employment.
If you're a new Direct Line Landlord Insurance customer, we'll send you an email introducing you to the DAS Businesslaw service up to 14 days after you buy or renew your policy. The email will include the voucher code you'll need to enter to create an account with DAS Businesslaw.
If you've already joined DAS Businesslaw, we'll add your voucher code to your Direct Line for Business 'My Account' space.

If you'd like to register for the DAS Businesslaw service, please check your inbox for the original email we sent you. If you still can't find it, you can get a new voucher code by giving us a call or contacting us online.
