We don't charge admin fees for changes you make to your policy.
Provided no claims or losses have been made, the following applies:
If you cancel within 14 days of the policy start date, or within 14 days of receiving your documents, whichever is later, you will get a full refund. If you cancel after this time, we'll give you a pro rata refund less an admin fee to cancel of 1 month's premium, up to a maximum of £50 plus insurance premium tax.
We will securely store your payment details so that we may automatically renew your policy. We will send you a renewal invitation. Please contact us if your circumstances change, and you do not wish to renew.
If you do not wish your policy to be set to automatically renew, then please let the consultant know.
We are trying to reduce the volume of paper documents we send out to customers.
We provide your policy documents in an electronic format as they're individually tailored to the cover you've chosen. However, if you need paper copies of your policy documents, we'll provide them free of charge, so please let the consultant know.
You can change your communication preferences at any time by logging into your secure 'My Account' area.
