Kate is an accredited UK-based professional with a wealth of experience. That's why estate agents, landlords, surveyors and members of the removal industry have turned to her for advice in the past.
She co-hosts the LBC Property Hour podcast, sponsored by Direct Line, every Thursday at 9pm alongside Clive Bull, where they answer questions and welcome a different guest each week. Kate also regularly appears on BBC and ITV shows like You and Yours, Moneybox and This Morning to discuss the property market.
Kate owns and runs the consumer site Property Checklists, as well as running working groups for Home Buying and Selling. Her media appearances, coupled with an extensive history in the property sector, have transformed Kate into an authoritative voice amongst her peers.
She has a BSc (Econ) in International Economics from London School of Economics and Political Science, a CIM in Marketing from London Metropolitan University, and an MBA in Business from Imperial College London.
