Provided no claims or losses have been made, the following applies:
If you cancel before the insurance starts, you will get a full refund. If you cancel within 14 days of the policy start date, or within 14 days of receiving your documents, whichever is later, you will get a pro-rata refund. If you cancel after this time, you will receive a pro rata refund less an admin fee to cancel of £50.40.
We will securely store your payment details so that we may automatically renew your policy. We will send you a renewal invitation. Please contact us if your circumstances change, and you do not wish to renew.

We are trying to reduce the volume of paper documents we send out to customers.
We provide your policy documents in an electronic format as they're individually tailored to the cover you've chosen. However, if you need paper copies of your policy documents, we'll provide them free of charge, so please let the consultant know.

By paying monthly, you are entering into a credit agreement with us. You need to be sure you can afford it, as if you don't pay every month, we may cancel your insurance policy, and you may still owe us money. We will send you more information - call us if you have any questions. You'll have 14 days to cancel if you change your mind.
You will be sent confirmation of the Direct Debit instruction no later than 10 working days before the first collection date. The company name that will appear on your statement will be Direct Line.
