Our interactive rent level heat map lets you see some crucial market information at a glance. You can quickly chart the proportion of rental properties in each area of England and see whether the average rent for each area is going up or down.

Using the rent level changes heatmap
The map is pretty straightforward to use. Hover over the map of England and select the area you’re interested in. It shows the average rent and the amount of properties in that market for the last two years (the most recent year's where data is available).
