If your boiler breaks down, this policy will cover the cost of repairing it, as long as the damage isn't due to wear and tear. We will cover the cost of replacing the boiler if it is more economical to do so or if the damage is beyond repair.
Boiler cover is part of equipment breakdown cover. This comes as standard with our landlord buildings insurance. So, if your boiler breaks down and your tenants are suddenly left without hot water or heating, you can resolve the problem without having to worry about your finances.

We do not offer a call out service, but we will pay for labour and call out charges, as well as parts, minus a £200 excess.
